terms are offered ONLY to School and Government Agencies. All others are CASH.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Company Checks in U.S. Funds,
drawn on a U.S. Bank. We also accept Wire Funds Transfers. Please call Customer Care at 928-778-6988 for Bank Account and Routing numbers.
We ship ONLY to U.S. addresses, we DO NOT ship outside the
US. If you are ordering from outside the United States, contact an acquaintance or a Freight Forwarder with offices in the US to whom we can ship your product, and who can ship your order to you.
Sales Tax is charged on all orders for delivery within the state of Arizona.
All Software is NON-RETURNABLE!. Please download a demo of any software
package before you order to ensure that the product is compatible with your
application. There is no warranty of software suitability for your particular application.
All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, all software is NON-REFUNDABLE.
We are not in the Teleprompter Rental business. There is a 25% restocking charge for all returned hardware
(software and shipping charges are NON-refundable). To be accepted for Refund, all
hardware must be returned in its original condition, along with all original
shipping and packing materials, warranty cards, cables and manuals, etc. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number is required before returning any hardware. Contact Customer Service at 928-778-6988 to request an RMA number. Be prepared to explain why you are returning product. This gives us a better chance to understand your application, and better provide you suggestions to help solve a problem.
